T-CASH Triphasic Separator
The T-CASH is a triphasic separator developed by H2O LIFE INN and commercialized by IPC as part of their strategic production fluid treatment alliance. It is designed for the simultaneous and efficient separation of oil, water, and gas streams from well production fluids, integrating all process, control, and instrumentation components within a single, compact skid for straightforward field deployment.
Inlet flow distribution is achieved through a uniform distribution system that optimizes residence time and reduces turbulence, feeding into a high-efficiency coalescence area that promotes rapid droplet coalescence and phase separation. An integrated gas separator equipped with a demister removes entrained liquid droplets from the gas phase, ensuring dry gas outlet conditions.
All process control functions — including valve control, level management, flow measurement, and instrumentation — are consolidated in the integrated skid, eliminating the need for field-assembled instrument panels. The T-CASH handles design pressures from 150 to 900 PSI, making it suitable for a wide range of wellhead and gathering system pressures, and delivers water outlet quality below 1,000 mg/L of oil and grease.
