T-CASH Water Treatment System
The T-CASH is a modular, skid-mounted produced water treatment system developed under the H2O LIFE INN technology line. Designed specifically for oil field water handling, it combines a synthetic coalescence area with automatic level and flow control systems, delivering reliable separation performance in a compact footprint.
Incoming produced water with up to 2,000 mg/L of oil and grease (O&G) is treated to a maximum outlet concentration of 100 mg/L O&G — a >90% recovery rate for entrained oil. The synthetic coalescent media and optimized hydraulic design eliminate the need for heavy chemical dosing, minimizing operational expenditure and environmental impact.
All process controls — level, flow, and separation monitoring — are integrated within the same skid, simplifying commissioning and operation. The 30% reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional separation technologies translates directly into lower operating costs over the life of the installation.
